We hope you love your order from Brown Barn Co! If something isn't quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at jen@brownbarnco,com
Returns: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Exchanges: We don't currently offer exchanges due to limited sizes at store opening. We're happy to issue a refund or store credit once we receive your return.
Non-returnable items: Custom boxes, sale items, and perishable or personal care products (like body scrubs) cannot be returned.
Please reach out with any issues, we will always do our best to make it right! Repeat customers are our top goal!
